Fuck this entire exchange with a cactus. I’d rather hear Mercedes’ dreams about herself, Mercedes’ “big things” she’s anticipating - but no, I get to hear her “big thing” is to look forward being Auntie!Mammy to some white girl’s babies (esp since the “intent” was to lighten the mood - again, Mercedes thinking of other people but herself, per usual). So, Mercedes being the support prop to Rachel continues. I thought that was the whole point of “Asian F”, to get Mercedes out of that role. No? Fuck this, RIB+, fuck this.
And poor Tina…can the girl just get some solos without folk interrupting her or coopting them for themselves? Damn.
